1 May 2024 - The shorter peep asked if I was auditioning cushions. I don't think cheeky questions require an answer... besides I was much too comfortable to compose a catty response. Although quiet has returned to our domicile, evidently I still find a low ceiling to be reassuring. But engaging the a+b=c part of my brain is not the way to relax, so I'll sprawl here and watch the kitchen activities. There will be ample time to react when I see the saucer heading my way.
