28 May 2024 - It is hard to sneak up on a cat:  our ears are always (well, almost always) listening, and they are keen instruments.  The culprit this time was the shorter peep, who posed no threat... just up to some mischief (isn't she a tad old for pranks?).  It wasn't that long ago her actions would have caused me to panic, but now I barely stir a muscle.  Shortly after this picture was taken, my chin was once again tucked and I was dreaming of meeps and leeps.  I do wonder what peeps dream about:  what do they chase?  or are they being pursued?  And does a facsimile of me accompany them on their sleepy adventures?
