Shamus on view

Me-usings and Me-emories

13 October 2020 - Many thoughts are being conveyed by that paw across my eyes:  1)  the light is hampering my rest, 2)  to paraphrase Foghorn Leghorn, "go, I say, go away, peep, you bother me."  Of course I would never state that second point so bluntly, but the shorter peep does love to creep around with that silver cube pointed in my direction.  Part of me is flattered, and the other part of me has already spoken.  She asks very little, only my minimal cooperation (and she knows not to implore understanding).  There has been no request to stand a particular way, focus in a specified direction, hold that pose, smile for the beep... which, upon further consideration, might just elicit a Cheshire grin.

  1. all i want to do when I see a cat sleeping is to grab it (gently of course), lift and bury my face and inhale...doesn't always work! just like irritating friends, but what a joy when they are not!

  2. Shamus is still too skittish for "unusual" peep movements
