Me-usings and Me-emories
15 October 2020 - This comfy spot, pictured to the right, was my original choice for whenever naps, and so it will always remain on my list of favorites. Actually I started out underneath it, but that was before I "settled in"... now I am happy on the top side. Besides, the shorter peep passes through this space multiple times in the day... and here there is ample room for both of us to stretch out. She and I have our little routines (it gives structure to her free-form life): mid-morning, once the taller peep has risen, we meet for my daily brushing. I am not much of a shedder, not having that much hair to spare, but I consent to this grooming because it seems to give her pleasure. Late in the day the two of us rendezvous in this space again, and she prepares my nighttime bed. My toys and my kibble bowl reside in this room as well, so further explanation is not required.
