Me-usings and Me-emories
21 October 2020 - My formative years were fairly primitive, certainly when compared to my current situation. So the concept of play and things devoted to "play" are novel ideas. I suppose I rough-housed with my siblings, but that may or may not be true. And whatever behaviors I demonstrated then were essentially preparation for a hardscrabble life, one where I hunted for my food and kept one step ahead of those with "cat" on their menu choices. This background information is provided so that you'll understand my confoundment and suspicion when I come upon some new-to-me frivolity. Are my pampered kin really so bored (or shallow) to find this gaudy thing an amusement? Who would buy into a conduit between here and there, when an unobstructed path already exists?

phrase of the day - "handle with kit gloves", to treat with special consideration (after all we are Bastet's representatives)
you forget that you liked the conduit at my house! Conduits are good for the times that you are feeling squirrely and want to tear around and in and out like a crazy thing!
ReplyDeleteperhaps I am outgrowing my kit ways? (although tearing around the house is still fun)
