12 Feb 2024 - When confronted by lots of change, I seek out the familiar to guide me through the chaos.  Breakfast is one of those things that anchor my day.  To be presented with nourishment comforts and sustains me through stressful times.  The reality could be that I gobble some kibble and digest at my leisure, under the bed.  But that moment of same-old reassures me that whatever challenge the universe has lobbed my way, it will come and eventually go.  I only need to remain safe and patient.
