11 August 2016 - I have noticed a chill in the air the past few mornings... and I don't like the implications: more time inside, curled up to conserve body heat. It is not even the middle of August, and this is my reality? I am coping with my depression by sleeping (it is my solace for many things). At least we are not yet experiencing days that darken at 4:30. I do hope that we wander south before its summer heat has been turned down. The thought of hot sand between my toes can sustain me through the current wanness.
