currying favor

Me-ow-my-oh!

Me-usings and Me-emories

16 August 2016 - We all have, whether we are aware or not, our little rituals.  Just reflect on the litany of things you do upon rising in the morning, or in preparation for sleep.  I nap far too often to tolerate a lengthy routine:  the most I am conscious of doing is circling clockwise two or three times before settling in.  However there are other moments of the day not devoted to my beauty rest.  While waiting for my peeps, I make good use of the time on my hands to groom.  That includes the expected washing, but also my version of a pedicure.  Our feet are over-used and under-thanked:  where would we go without them?

Catty Corner

word of the day - to purrime, to prepare oneself for a task or situation, to get the lowdown (definitely a cat's forte)
