I owe, I owe

Me-ow-my-oh!

Me-usings and Me-emories

12 August 2016 - There is a peep claim that not everyone wants a home.  Reasons cited are the inherent responsibilities (maintenance costs, property taxes, etc.) and the feeling of being tied to one place.  I am basically excused from the former headaches, but I have difficulty understanding the latter.  Having started life as a stray kit, not knowing where I would find a safe place to rest or a source of sustenance, I know there is nothing glamorous or freeing in being homeless.  So whether I am here by the lake or in the Florida woods with my peeps, I am content.  True, I occasionally grumble about ambient temperatures and annoying neighbors.  But they are minor complaints:  "there's no place like home."
