12 July 2017 - And here I am executing the clockwise maneuver, the opposite direction to yesterday's photograph.  As you can see, I have varied terrain to patrol.  Recently this area was covered in head-high hay, but now the going is easier and visibility expanded.  The mowing destroyed a number of meep hideouts, and like the residents of a homeless camp they have moved on to a more protected area.  I do not begrudge them survival, but just not in my backyard.  With my diligence the peeps and I will be safe until the great wood comes to our hill.
