Me-usings and Me-emories
9 Sep 2026 - I am not a threatening presence in the office. My managerial style is paws-off, with the hope of contributing to the staff a sense of calm and acceptance. And if they wish to pat my head, I gladly offer myself, knowing that we both will enjoy the benefits. My two know that I'm a great listener, should they need to unburden themselves of frustrations. Because we don't speak the same language, their words are processed as the office soundtrack, which I can simply ignore as space filler, offering in reply my Cheshire grin.
