10 Sep 2026 - Gloomy mornings are ideal for late starts. If the weather doesn't encourage me to rise, then I figure it's the same for interlopers. I won't ignore my responsibilities all day, but there is no rush to begin... especially as the shorter peep has yet to open the deck portal. Besides one should be thankful for a warm bed when the world is offering a cold shoulder, and for trusted friends with whom one can share these good things. A gathering of warm bodies is especially needed today.
